[24 male] How do you meet new women when you live in a small town and have a full time job?

Hi,

I just turned 24 and have come to realize I have all I could ask for except one thing: friends and a relationship with someone I truly care about.

I live in a small-ish town and moved to start working out of college and now I'm to the point I make enough to pay my own bills, but can't chat on apps like tinder or match or okcupid during the day because I'm at work and I'm expected to do work at work(salaried, small business, super important role so I can't be lazy or sluff it off).

I was mocked, ridiculed, bullied and cast out in high school and college so I don't have any lasting relationships. As an adult the only places I've been able to go to to have a good time have been bars(to watch sports games with random strangers, none of them being single women).

What places are best for meeting new women and possibly finding the one for you? I hate seeing all my peers that mocked me getting wives and having kids already and I'm able to have all the good things except a relationship with someone other than my immediate family.

I've been on Tinder and OkCupid for years and gotten 0 hits, 0 matches and 0 dates/events out of it. Maybe someone could help tell me what I'm doing wrong? I want to stay true to me (a hilarious adventurer who still is a kid at heart and loves all things Disney).
