I haven't had a relationship in about 3 years and I've found it increasingly more difficult to put in effort these days. It feels like I have to do ALL the work to get anywhere (which is usually nowhere) so I'm feeling pretty down about my chances at finding a partner in the city I live in.
By work I mean everything from the initial conversation (online dating), to setting up the date, to carrying the conversation, to checking in/following up and setting up following dates. If I don't do any of it, or scale back, then it's absolute ghost town. I'm about turn 30 and hell, I've never even have had a girl make me dinner once in my life.
tell me I'm wrong reddit and not to give up.
