Advice about this situation?

Okay so im a bit clueless when it comes to girls and that so i just need some help on what to do here.

So this co worker and friend rejected me after i told her i liked her (just a part time job so i figured no big deal might aswell try),anyway fair enough. After that i backed off a bit but it wasnt like i was ignoring her or anything, basically i guess i was giving her the special treatment before and now i was just treating her like any other friend. This was just before lockdown and now were back at work after and she is acting different. Shes then started getting all flirty, being super touchy and always coming up trying to talk etc. I guess i wanted advice from some other people about whether its a good idea or not, but yeah if shes still acting this way next time i see her i was thinking of just bringing it up. Somehting along the lines of "im trying to respect the fact that u said u didnt like me but ur acting like somethings changed, so if it has just say otherwise can you stop as its making me uncomfortable." Would you guys reckon this is okay or will i come off as being weird or whatever. I just cba to play games with her if thats what she is trying to do i guess.
