I know Tinder is pretty straightforward – if someone is into you they’ll actively respond to your messages and at least consider your suggestion for a date. If not, you get mundane conversation or ghosted.
Recently I had a specific situation pop up a few times making me question if I’m doing something wrong. Some girls have expressed interest and accepted invites to hangout but when I add them on Snapchat and confirm a date I don’t get a response.
For example, here’s the end of a recent conversation:
Me: You and I should hangout after quarantine
Me: Or before if you want to come to the park w my dog and me
Her: I barely use this app but aw going to the park sounds funn:)
Me: I’m down
Me: What’s your snap?
Her: It's snapname
Me: added
She took around a day to add me. When I noticed I sent her a message saying “hey its name, are you free tomorrow?”
I sent this at 3am because I got busy. After a few days she opened it and didn’t answer. On Tinder we talked fine and she seemed interested in going out so any thoughts on fixing this? I usually always get an answer when I voice message and was thinking of sending one to see if she’s still interested.
