Am I boring? Is everyone boring?

I’m confused as to what constitutes being a “boring” person. I don’t think I’m a particularly interesting person, since I’m pretty soft-spoken and have unremarkable hobbies for guy in his mid-20s (hiking, drinking, running, etc.) Then I tried OLD and I can’t believe how many people just go to work, eat food, and watch The Office. Is being “interesting” a matter of what you do for fun or your personality and conversational skills? I feel like I’m failing at both.
