Am I in a pickle?

Hey, so a couple weeks ago I got into a dating app. Im very new to dating and have never dated anyone. I matched with a some women and was communicating via the app a fair amount. With some I was communicating more than others. About a week back, I matched with a woman and were texting, its going well and she offers me her number (A). We then proceed to continue texting for a couple days afterwords. Prior to this woman, I had been texting with another person I had matched with (B). Now up to this point, I was already uncomfortable with the idea that I was communicating with multiple at the same time but friends were telling me that everyone's doing it and that's to be expected so my feelings of "Am I cheating? or "am I being disingenuous" were not feelings I needed to feel. At this point I'm communicating with A mostly and B less just because of either work schedules or their desire to text me back. I offer my number to B and we then communicate through text instead. (I think I did this because I felt it was par for the course…) A then tells me that they are busy and can't communicate for the time being and I'm totally ok with that. In the mean time I matched with another woman (C) and we absolutely hit it off. I start communicating with this woman a lot and it helps that both A and B were not communicating with me for a couple days. That's to say that my conscience was not as conflicted. A couple days ago, I offered my number to C and we have been communicating through text now. but yesterday both A and B started to communicate with me out of the blue and now I don't know what to do or how to proceed. So here is where I guess I need advice or opinions or help. They are all great, but I don't want to upset anyone of them or hurt their feelings if It happens that what i'm doing is emotional cheating. I regret getting/giving numbers just because I realize that it may have shown more intent than I wanted it to. This is all very early stages and right now i'm only communicating with no chances that a date with any of them will come soon due to location and Covid. I guess I'm kinda hoping A and B lose interest in me. I don't know what to do.
