I'm not sure If I am just the odd woman out but I'm instantly turned off when I'm chatting with a guy from dating app or something and everytime says something it has some pet name in it. Sweetie, doll face, cutie, beautiful, etc. Furthermore, I didn't really like being called pet names when I'm in a relationship. Maybe some women like that, but it's just weird to me. I get they are trying to flatter me probably, but like just talk to me like a person.
How can I tell guys without sounding bitchy that I just don't enjoy pet names and to please refrain from using them? Or is that impossible because it is pretty bitchy hahaha
