My last relationship ended 2 years ago and it was a very difficult breakup. I am 26 now and since then I have not been in the dating scene. Not from an inability to get anyone but rather it is just not as much of a priority anymore and the current dating market at least in my area is sorta garbage. My time is valuable and I would rather spend it on improving myself than focusing all of my energy in a relationship. My question is simply is it healthy to take this route? Has anyone taken an extended break from dating?
