Are these goods signs or what?

I've been crushing and interested on a girl for quite sometime now. We haven't been hanging out coz of the lockdown. Finally, we agreed to meet up and do some exercise by the stairs in a secluded place. We've talking and then she needed a break. She went behind the bushes. I Gave her some privacy and asked what she did, if she peed behind the bushes? She said yeah and we just laughed at it. Is that a good sign or she's too comfortable with me? I also notice her wearing the tank top I gave her for her bday last feb. I asked her if that is the one I gave her. She said yeah and I said it fits her perfectly. She says she's wearing it alot coz she doesn't buy alot if clothes. I also touched her arm twice that day to see how her reaction is. She also treated me lunch that day. Nice. Are these goods signs to take it to another level or am I in the friend zone?
