So I met this person online we have been talking for nearly 3 months everything has been going good we talk everyday and have good conversations. Keep in mind we have never met in person yet. We have flirted before and we’re clearly interested in each other, but they text me that they want to go into meeting each other with no expectations as in no expectations of dating and just treat it as meeting each other??
Now I’m fine with this as I’ve never been in a relationship and am fine with taking it slow, but is this possibly them just trying to put nicely that they don’t want to date me?? That they are expecting to not like me and didn’t want me to get my hopes up?? They said right after that they don’t like hurting people including me so is this just a way to not hurt me maybe??
