I (M17) have a crush on my classmate (F17) we are both so young and inexperienced I am an overweight person and she is not that type of pretty girl everybody dreams of. We are lets say ordinary nerds who study a lot and get good grades. Both intelligent people and i am not in love with her beauty in love with her acts and behaviours on others. But just like i said im a fat nerd kid that everybody made fun of and excluded thus socially faint and i can’t express my feelings without being awkward. Next week our university exam will be held and i will probably not see her again. She gave me some signs too but since she is nice to everyone i thought she is just being nice. What should i do in this case? Should i ask her out?

I know that everybody says that behaviours are more important than appearance but we all know that’s a big lie for most people. People just choose possible candidates by their appearance and then look for good behaviours. That’s why I am concerned.

We are both in a friend group of five and get along well.

Since i am young and never asked a girl out i seek for adult advice and any advice you think might be useful in my situation.
