I’ve been messaging this guy for just over 2 months now and we’ve not actually met yet because of Coronavirus. Our messages are pretty long, anything from 200-500 words so I do understand that it’s not a 2 minute thing to reply, it obviously takes a while to read through and respond.

We used to average 1-2 messages a day which I was happy with as they are very detailed. In the past few weeks I’ve noticed that we’ve been talking less and sometimes he’s not replying at all for anywhere between 1-4 days and sometimes only seems to respond if I give him a little nudge like “How’s your day going?” He’s not working at the moment due to the pandemic, however he does seem to be quite busy with his hobbies right now. Recently we’ve been talking about what we’re gonna do when we first meet, which we will probably do in a couple more weeks. His messages are still super-long and he still sounds enthusiastic when he replies and he does seem keen to meet me in person. I just worry that he’s not all that interested because it can sometimes take him so long to reply. I’ve had it happen before when guys start pulling back on the messages and then they just seem to lose interest completely, is this what’s happening here or should I just relax?
