Approaching Girls VS Neediness

I’m 28. I can’t say that I had much success with women. I tried every now and then to approach women. It’s not like that I can never ever start talking to a woman. I’m not 100 % shy. I tried to approach girls from my university for example. Or sometimes via online dating. At the beginning there is this flirty vibe, her interest. But during the process I always mess up in my interaction with girls somehow. You just sense it that she only talks to you out of politeness. When texting with them, they are maybe replying once in a day or every two days. I never really get a girls romantic interest in that sense. A certain needy vibe is always flowing over during the process I know that. I’m always aware of it but I just don’t know how to suppress this. When I observe other guys that approach girls it seems to be easy for them. Without paying effort.

Maybe some of you guys have the same problems. Or maybe some of guys have examples in which they could suppress this neediness. Just share your thoughts. It would be interesting to hear different opinions to this topic.

How to date when you actually hate most humans, socializing, making contacts etc. Are people who prefer to live more isolated doomed in regards of dating?

Most people say you have to go out, make friends, do socializing when you want to date girls. I’m not saying that this is wrong. But I just don’t fit into that frame. I can do most of my hobbies at home. I spend much time studying for university, love reading books in general, I have all the equipment to do my workouts at home. I don’t need many people in my life. And I’m happy with this way of life. But every now and then you get the urge to bang someone or to have someone on a romantic level next to you. In that sense, my way of life interferes with this. You could say now “go out partying” and stuff like that but I’m not the guy who is into nightlife, I hate alcohol and drinking and stuff like that. Even if I would go out it would give me the feeling that I’m searching for a girl in a cramped, desperate way which I don’t like. Are there people similar to me who have a good dating life? Or does the “isolated” type of person has to adapt?
