I’ve been kind of on the unsure side with myself, I think I need kind of advice/suggestions for how to approach this.

I have two people I love deeply, one being on the younger side and another being on the older side. I’m M(19), and I’ve been rejected by both of them [F(15) and F(21)]. But somewhere deep down, I’m unsure if I should stay attached to these feelings, or if I should let go. I’m a demiromantic, and a shy and timid type of guy, and I don’t come across myself to be the type of guy to actively seek a partner. I’d like to try to unravel these feelings, and maybe get some advice/suggestions as to try to tackle this.
