If a person truly wants to go out with you, they’ll make the time for you. They wouldn’t give you a bunch of crap about being busy, or having other things going on.

Phone passcodes/social media access
I believe anyone whose in a relationship and needs/wants access to their significant other’s phone or social media is insecure. If you truly trust the person you’re with you wouldn’t want or need phone/social media access.
