So I’m pretty late to the dating scene (28/F). I’ve been in two relationships, but they were both with people I knew well beforehand, so I’ve never actually attempted to “date.”
I joined Hinge and Coffee Meets Bagel recently. I’m totally capable of having long online chats with people I know well, but I’ve never really liked messaging people I don’t know well. It’s hard to start a conversation and keep it going from nothing! I’d rather just talk to people in-person.
How long are you expected to message before you jump to an online call / in-person? How in-depth are conversations people are typically having?
