Should I send him one more text?

Okay so I matched with a guy on Tinder that I thought was pretty friggen hot. We hit it off very quickly. Fluid conversation, some flirting. We have lots in common. We talked for a week until we met on Sunday.

Of course Sunday it was a little awkward, cause I’m naturally a really shy person. We hung out for 3 hours until I said I had to go cause it was getting late, and it took like an hour for me to leave cause we kept talking. He hugged me a couple times to say bye then just continued conversation. I thought that was a good sign.

He texted me first thing Monday morning, and we talked thru the morning but I got slammed at work so I stopped answering for a few hours, but he knows I get busy at work and can’t always text. I texted him as soon as I was off and he replied, and just randomly stopped answering me. I’m not the kind of person to send another text if someone doesn’t answer, I just leave it be.

Yesterday I still hadn’t heard from him mid day, so I just sent a text saying “Hey hope you’re having a good day” and he answered me within 10 minutes saying work was a shit show. I answered, then he replied again 5 hours later. I replied once more and then nothing.

Today I decided I wasn’t gonna text him at all, but he texted me mid afternoon saying how nice it was to finally get a haircut. We texted for I wanna say two hours (with both of us taking 20 Minutes or so to reply to each other). I asked if he was having a better day and he said he was. I said I was happy to hear that. Then followed with a text saying “Not gonna lie I was getting a little worried, you were pretty quiet for a couple days” . That was 3 hours ago and no reply. Should I just send one more saying “ok night” or something along the lines.

I’m gonna throw out there that it turned out he was a client at my place of work and he’s got an appointment on Monday so I wanna avoid making that awkward 😒
