I don’t understand if she’s into me

So I (21M) met this girl (20F) last summer during an internship. We mostly hung out as friends but there were moments that seemed very intimate but I wrote them off because at that point she already had an SO and I wasn’t about to question/ruin someone else’s commitment by acting like it was something it might not be. By intimate I mean things like we would watch movies under the same blanket, get food, listen to music, talk and just vibe till like 6am on workdays. Even fell asleep on the couch like that. I won’t lie these moments were really fun and cool.

Anyway we’ve been in touch since last summer even though we go to 2 different colleges. Then around February she suddenly calls and tells me she got dumped we just kinda talked abt it.

Once the pandemic hit we’ve been talking much more and usually she’s the one to initiate contact. She even said she missed talking to me even tho we literally talked in the morning a day before. Finally she calls me “cutie” in a message and deletes it. I acted like I didn’t see it and when I asked what it said she just says she mixed up 2 diff convos which is possible I guess.

Basically I feel like I’m getting mixed signals and I don’t know how to feel if she is interested in me.
