Letting Go

Hey guys, I recently broke up with my girl because she said that she needs to focus on school. I’ve been dating her for a few months. I am a first year in college (19M) and she (18F) is an upcoming freshmen for college . I took a step back and accepted her decision despite how much my heart aches. In my opinion, I don’t know why she needs to break up with me because we could have worked this out. She told me that she’s not ready for a relationship, but she has been with me for quite a while already. She believes that a relationship is not needed in her life. If she really love me, then things would have worked out right? A few days passed and I see her tagging her friends on this subtle asian dating group. She was tagging them with posts that consist of guys and this really did a number on my feelings. Then her friend was like “go for it!” I genuinely thought she wanted to focus on her academics, but it seems that it doesn’t look like that anymore. I dont know why she needs to lie because I knew that was an excuse. I know that I need to move on from this because she isnt worth it. I don’t want to look back at the anniversary gifts that she mad for me because she said things like “I really love you, etc”. I know that she aint worth the effort if she can just lie to me like that. I would greatly appreciate it if I can get some real advice :).
