Before covid I was frustrated seeing someone who wouldn’t commit to a relationship. Now we still talk but I get zero sense of being cared about on an emotional or romantic level. Cynical me thinks we’re still talking because she wants to guarantee she’ll get laid right after the pandemic.

I kind of want to end it so I can be free to date someone I actually have an emotional connection with. Not sure what to do that won’t seem like I’m a monster for doing this during a pandemic but the more I reflect the more I feel frustrated I couldn’t meet other people while being with someone who never seemed to care about me.
