This is a throwaway account because my bf knows my original account. A little bit of background, we are a long distance couple, I met him here and we talked for a while before becoming exclusive two months ago. I was to meet him this month but due to the COVID-19 situation we can’t close the distance. Now there are things that stuck out during the initial stage but I overlooked. 1. He invited/hinted I should go visit him in his country before we even became exclusive. Insisted I should be on birth control too. 2. He was overly sexual from the word go. 3. I learnt he dates girls way younger. Well like I said, I overlooked and came to realize he had this loving and caring side of him. Events leading me to asking for a break are, I noted when the conversation is about sex/sexting/naughty he’s consistent, goes out of his ways to talk about it and I can feel the extra efforts. But when the conversation is sentimental or nothing about sex he takes long to reply and claims he’s busy or replies in a way I feel he’s disinterested. Also, the conversation is based on WhatsApp only, we video called only once and that’s it. If I’m ill and I don’t log in to WhatsApp we won’t talk. No calls or anything. Every time he says he loves me he includes something about sex. Always. I asked for that break because I feel to him I’m a piece of meat and mainly for his pleasure. It’s unfortunate because I really like him.
