I have always been focusing on myself, my hobbies, projects. I know who I am and what I want. Maybe too picky. I have got a lot of chances to hook up and get into relationships. But it has never appealed to me.

My hobbies and my own time have been too valuable. Friends and family have wondered if there is something strange with me. I have just told them I haven’t found anyone. I never wanted to have kids or family.

I’m an ambivert. Like to spend time on making music, doing art, doing marketing. I prob have some autistic traits as well. Dating is just very mentally challenging for me. I get exhausted easily and keeping up with conversations just takes soo much energy.

I like to spend time at home and do stuff. I have met girls sporadically over periods of a few months. But never really clicked or found the desire to build anything.

Relationships require a lot of communication. I communicate best through art and writing. I have stopped eating and realized I’m a happy single. If there is someone coming my way, I will give it a chance. I miss cuddles and sex sometimes. But The concept of me and being with myself is just too appealing at the moment.

Anyone with a similar story or experience to share? Just venting a bit.
