How do I (23f) begin to date while living with my parents?

My parents and I have a good relationship, but I feel like my options are either sneak out of the house or tell them too much.

With the added challenge of Covid19 it just seems impossible because I don’t want to put my 60yo parents at risk. Meeting new people just seems forbidden right now, I stay in because quarantine is serious, and I work from home so it’s not like I even see people.

Even if I had someone special it’s not like they could come back to my place because my parents are in the room next door.

Some background: I graduated university a year ago, I plan on living at home for another year then perhaps moving closer to my job. My circle of friends is tight and small and I’m a 7th wheel (bcuz its 3 couples and me). I’ve been hesitant with dating in college (went through a breakup and the recovery took half of college) and hookups just never made me feel good mentally. In late January I started dating and went on 3 dates with someone but then decided it wasn’t a good match…. then the pandemic hit.

At this point, my dry spell is over a year and a half long, and my hot girl summer is coming out in full force. I don’t like the apps too much, I always prefer to talk for a couple days then plan to meet up so I don’t end up talking too much online. I’ve used hinge in the past but I’ve deleted the apps because I didn’t want to waste energy on things that can’t happen.
