I was out because I had to run some errands but I ended up stopping at this to get something to eat and while I was eating this girl sat across from me. At first I wasn’t going to talk to her but decided to muster up the courage to talk to her and she was surprisingly receptive.

We talked for an hour and I got her number towards the end of our conversation, it was all going great until we stood up. I’m a short guy and she was shorter than me but her face said it all.

She left pretty quick and when I texted her she didn’t respond. This has happened before but it doesn’t get easier. I know i shouldn’t think like this but I feel ashamed of my height.
