I met this wonderful, beautiful girl on a dating app and everything seems really good so far. We hit it off well, talk all the time, see each other all the time. That “can’t get enough of each other” phase. It’s so amazing. I really could see myself falling hard for her. But I think I’m subconsciously anxious about at any time she could just ghost me or end things. I havent felt this great about someone in so long and my anxiety is through the roof. My teeth are grinding, my heart is palpitating, I’m having headaches often.. Im healthy and don’t drink caffeine so the only thing I can think of that would cause this is my subconscious worries things are too good to be true. Im not letting my anxiety show, but internally I’m having a hard time dealing with the physical symptoms. How can I learn to just let myself calm down about this?
