So, I’m going to be a full year in the USA next year. I’m a french IT engineering student, and people tell that I should really play my french card once I am there, because it would give me a super strong advantage.

What I wanted to know is, do you automatically gain a +50 bonus in charisma once people know you’re french ? If yes, why is that so ?
