Communication and thinking – good reads?

Hi there,

I have for a long time been wondering if there might be some good books about some of the differences between men and women? Not biologically but more what men seek in women, what women seek in men and why.

I find it kind of interesting and to admit it, I probably have been doing some mistakes in my dating life, and I would really like to be a bit more knowledgeable on why I might keep making the same mistakes – obviously because I do not really get any feedback.

I never really managed to find some useful readings about this, so… guys – if you have some good recommendations I would be very thankful, and girls if you could provide some top failures most guys in your view are doing – please share. And also, if there is anything you would recommend a guy to get better at – any recommendations are welcome.
