Why is dating a competition?
I'm a firm believer in picking somebody and dating them for at least a month until we decide we are or are not compatible. For one, it offers an in depth relationship to occur, where you actually get to know the person, rather than just scratching the surface.
Often I see people asking "how tall are you btw?" or more commonly with male homosexuals its "are you a top?" or the just jump to "so you're a bottom?". And then theres the "send me a dick pic" or "full body nude" within 2 days of messaging them.
Am I just too traditional? Or are full nudes just the norm nowadays? My parents often tell me that dating was so much easier back in the day, because smart phones didnt exist, so if you wanted to date somebody you actually had to get to know them in person.
Am I wrong? I dont see why somebody feels they are right to date 5 people at the same time and then pick the best out of the 5.
