I’ve been seeing a guy for about five months now and I really do like him. But he doesn’t seem to make any time for me mid week, I only see him on either a weekend day for a couple of hours. The annoying thing is he lives in pretty close proximity (20 min drive). I know he is super busy with work as he works two jobs but I feel if someone was truly interested they would find the time, right ? I mentioned this to him recently that I’d like to see him more and he said he’d try fit me in, but so far nothing. Maybe it’s a case of right person, wrong time. But it’s starting to make me feel insecure lately. Should I just step back and see if he makes the effort?
TLDR: guy I’m dating only makes time to see me a few hours once a week. Is this a red flag ? Should I just let things fizzle out if he’s not making the effort to meet me more?
