I don’t get why people use dating sites for friends. They have other sites for that. I always get “oh, I’m looking for connections and new friends. I wouldn’t be opposed to a relationship”. Doesn’t dating typically lead to relationships? I’m just baffled at this point. Maybe I have a different mindset but I’m not trying to use a dating site for friends. If I wanted friends I’d go on an app specific for that, like Bumble BFF. I’ve gotten so annoyed with it that I think I’m just going to give up dating online indefinitely.
