Do people just get bored?

Sorry if this is weird, it's my first reddit post.

I've (28f) been with my SO (34m) about a year and he's always been distant, but at some points it felt like he really let me in. He would call me nicknames, make efforts to see each other, tell me he loves me, text me almost every night.

Now if I don't reach out, we don't speak at all. He calls me just by my name. He never says he loves me unless I say it first. He never asks to hang out.

When I ask if there's a problem, he says everything is fine. I told him I'm sorry I keep asking and that maybe I'm just lonely, he said "maybe you are" but nothing further than that. He keeps saying I did nothing wrong, that he does want to talk and see me. But he doesn't text or call, and I haven't seen him.

I don't know how to address it without seeming insane for continuously asking the same question. My heart is really hurting. I want to address it instead of walking away, but he says there isn't anything wrong.

Am I creating problems out of nothing? Do people genuinely just get bored? Is it weird that I still feel so strongly? Any advice is really appreciated, I'm in a lot of pain over this and really don't know what to do.
