Does anybody else feel like relationships are near impossible to attain these days?

I (20M) look at all the people in relationships and wonder how its possible. I can get hookups fine, sure, especially if I lower my standards a lot. But it seems that finding a person you connect well with is hard on its own, and then you have to deal with them potentially ghosting you or finding someone better. Or, it progresses and then you get cheated on.

I kinda just wanna give up. I'm 6'3", and somewhat fine looking, definitely not a 10, but, looks are definitely not the reason.
