Does text determine if she is interested or does it just depend

Is a text response, a lack of text response, or lack of text acknowledgment (meaning read receipt on, but says delivered instead of read so they didn’t open the chat) a clear sign of disinterest or does it just depend? What if everything is perfectly fine in person and when she texts she texts back essays and asks questions and everything? Like she asks you about something you said and wants to know the details but then takes her days to respond or to even open the text. Does that mean she is just not interested? Or does text not mean anything
