Don’t know if he really still likes me enough to eventually be exclusive or what’s going on?

I met this guy [M25] and I’m [F26] on tinder about two months ago now and we text everyday usually sending Bitmojis ( I know it’s childish) and we’ve hung out like 5-6x so far just like walking the park and stuff.

So usually when he sends bitmojis he would send some of the flirty ones. But as of like two weeks ago he hasn’t sent any he only sends all the other bitmojis but none of the flirty/cute stuff also he doesn’t always send a goodnight message anymore just once in a while now.

So we hadn’t hung out in two weeks so last week I finally said it’s been a long time since we’ve seen each other if he didn’t wanna be a thing anymore or what was going on and he said he was just busy helping his dad and he did still want to hang out. So last weekend we finally hung out we met at a restaurant/bar place and we were there like 45 minutes then he wanted to leave and then walked me to my car (we did kiss) and we went our separate ways. It was strange because he said he wasn’t busy the rest of the day. And usually we hang at minimum like two hours at a time. But after that he still messaged me not always me messaging first so I don’t know whats going on and if he’s still interested enough to want to be my boyfriend. I’m confused any advice or what you think of this?

TD;LR met a guy off tinder and now I don’t know where we stand if he still wants to make this exclusive soon or what’s going on because he still makes an effort to send messages even if it is just stupid bitmojis so that’s what’s making it confusing that he does still send me stuff and hasn’t ghosted me or said specifically when I asked that he didn’t want to hangout or be anything romantically anymore.
