Double texting

I recently matched with this girl on tinder and our conversations seem to be going really well. However, sometimes she just won’t text back. I can see that she’s seen the text, but no response. When I send her a text again, the conversation seems to flow again. Should I continue double texting sometimes, or is this a sign that she may not be interested? It usually happens at night when she sleeps (around 2am) and doesn’t respond the next morning.
