Just wondering if anyone else has talked to someone and had great back and forths with awesome replies from the other person, have them bring up a phone conversation. End up talking for 3 hours on the phone and then they even are being really flirty after that and talk about how they are gonna be nervous when we finally get to meet and then….nothing.
Now as a general rule I don't usually like to text too much once I figure out we are going to meet up and like to save getting to know someone for in person. But with this lockdown I was unsure so I gave myself permission to try "virtual" dating. And getting to know someone before meeting them.
It was going super good and she was reaching out and then all of a sudden…poof. she goes silent. I left it like a week and reached out and her response was positive. I suggested a phone date and asked her when she was free, she jokingly said she will have to check her diary being sooo busy during the lockdown (she said the same thing before our first call too) so I said I'd call her the following day.
She never answered and has stop snapchating me.
Has anyone had this happen and had someone reach back out? I'll never message her again but I'm curious because she seemed very forward about meeting and even talked about coming to an event in my local town later in the year. (Even though we have only chatted online) And told me I had really nice eyes and my conversation skills were really good.
I'm talking to other people and I myself get bored when I talk to someone a lot. So like I said I've just backed off and haven't/won't bombard anyone who doesn't want to talk.
This happen to anyone else?
