Feeling an emotional connection, but not physically attracted (yet).

I (26f) met this guy (30m) through tinder about a week ago and we have been having amazing conversations since – the kind of conversations about anything and everything that can easily last for hours. they are very easy and natural and we have both recognized that we seem to have a lot of chemistry together, at least personality wise. He has already expressed a couple of times that he would like to meet in person sooner or later.

our personalities have matched perfectly so far, he seems very sweet and genuine and we have already built a very nice friendship. it's clear that he is romantically interested in me, as he has told me he would like to see where this goes, but as for me – I am not so sure, and I feel terrible about it.

part of me is anxious because it feels like he might be going a little bit too fast (I generally prefer to take things slow), as he is quite enthusiastic about future plans and all the things we could do. which is endearing, really, and he has NOT pressured me at all, but that hasn't stopped me from feeling antsy. plus, I am not sure if I feel any sort of physical / romantic attraction.

this has never happened to me before – having this kind of connection without that romantic spark, so I am very confused. then again, it could be that it's just too early to say, as we have only been speaking online for a week (even though it feels like we have known each other for way longer than that).

how do I deal with this situation? is it normal for physical attraction to take a bit longer to develop? is it because we haven't had our first date in person yet? sometimes it feels like our conversations are just going too fast, and maybe that's what's scaring me. I know I should let him know this but I wanted to hear another perspective first, thank you.
