(mobile, first time poster, sorry and thanks in advance)
Okay so I’ve been talking to someone through quarantine for a little while and we want to grab a coffee later in the month once stuff has reopened and it’s safer to go out.
The catch is, he’s in a wheelchair. There’s nothing wrong with that obviously, but I just don’t know how to behave as far as date navigation goes. Like, I usually get to date spots first if I’m arriving seperately. Should I get rid of a chair for him so he can slide right up to the table? Or wait for him to arrive and say something?
I just don’t know what the etiquette is and I really don’t want to do anything to offend him or accidentally belittle/emasculate him because he’s an amazing guy. I just don’t want to make things awkward.
Please help!
