Forgetting things he has already told me. Red flag? Or normal?

I’m the kind of person that remembers what I’ve said to other people. Is it a red flag if they don’t remember the things he has already said to me before? Like the conversations we’ve already had? It gives me the impression that he juggles so many people that he’s just used to having the same conversations over and over again.
