So my (22F) boyfriend (23M) and I have been dating a couple of months. We met online and before we met had talked to many other people. There is one person I met on tinder that I really enjoyed talking to and consider a good friend. We talked all the time but never officially dated. We talked about it but we were just not relationship material. I know if the roles were reversed and my bf was talking to (or wanting to talk to) someone else he met online, Id be uncomfortable with the situation. I know talking as much as we used to is out of the question but is it wrong to just want to check up on them and see how they are doing? I would just look to social media to keep updated but they don’t have an active presence.
Is that just a risk you are taking by meeting people online? Making a really good friend but not being able to talk to them based on the circumstances that you met? Or am I over thinking this and it’s not a big of a deal as Im making this out to be?
