It occurs to me a lot of women think guys don’t think about how they look.
We do, 100% we do.
We think about our dick size, how fat we are, our hairline, our facial hair, our body hair, our testicles, our tan lines, our stretch marks, our height.
Our this recent feminism body positivity recently seems to be commenting on the lack of male body shaming.. oh trust me we hate our bodies too we just never ever bring it up except anonymously on like reddit.
not that there’s anything wrong with it but we aren’t sharing our insecurities with the world and asking for constant validation.. in fact I fucking hate and despise when people compliment my body even if it isn’t something Im insecure about, simply due to the fact that unless you look like Chris Hemsworth people aren’t complimenting you regularly and you just aren’t used to it as a guy. In fact I grew up thinking that “handsome” was something adults told children.
This isn’t a boo hoo story either btw I just want to make it clear that your boyfriend definitely has at least one thing about his body he is insecure about too so does the guy you think is hot that works at starbucks or the gym.
We’re all humans, some of us more blessed by genetics than the rest of us, but all human nonetheless and being a guy may not have as much body shaming as women but we definitely have it.
If you’re a girl and don’t believe me, next time you’re with a guy say “wow that’s it?” And watch as he loses his erection in front of your very own eyes.
