Girl said she liked me and I haven’t talked to her in 6 days, what do I do here?

I met this girl and she asked me if I liked her so I told her yes, we talked for like 3 days than she gave me her Snapchat, I added her and didn’t message her until a week later, I just said hey to start things off and she kinda just disregarded that and asked me if I still like her, I said yeah and asked her if she likes me, she said yeah, we both said “okay” and that’s it, I haven’t talked to her in 5 days, and we’ve both been active.

What do I do? We can’t drive, if we could I would have already asked her if she wants to do something. I just have a problem with messaging her with nothing to say, like would she really want me just messaging her “what’s up?” Or “‘hey?”
