Giving up was maybe the best thing I’ve ever done

It’s been a while now that I’ve given up on dating and girls. I deleted all my dating apps and don’t try with women in person anymore. It’s the happiest I’ve been in the past year

I no longer see a cute or attractive girl and think about her that way. I instantly force myself to think she’s just a human being, nothing attractive about her

It’s kind of nice not thinking “what if” and just jumping to “No”
