Got ghosted for 3 days. Worth talking to her again?

There was a girl I met online. We hit it off pretty well and it was clear that we've had some chemistry. A few days passed and I felt it would be a good time to transition to Texting, snap, phone number, etc. So we can talk to each other a bit more casually, outside of the dating app. We played a little icebreaker-type game where she won and asked me what her prize was, I told her what she would want and she told me to pick, so i offered to give her my number/Snapchat/ whatever social medium she was comfortable with.

Since then 3 days have passed with no response. I sent her another reply saying "I guess ghosting works too" in a sort of a joking manner and to sort of see if she would respond, and she did, almost instantly saying "Oh it seems the app never told me about your message". My gut says that if I never said anything, I wouldn't have even gotten said response..

What do you guys (preferably Men) think? Have you had a girl do this to you before and if you did what did you do? Since it's only been 3 days, Is this still worth pursuing or is that a red flag? I don't mind giving a second chance, but I don't want to waste my time with the mind games (if there's any) with someone who is just stringing me along.
