Guys who always have options, how much more confident and happy does that make you feel in your daily life?

I've never been on that side of the dating landscape where I've been a guy who has had multiple quality options actively pursuing me. I am lucky if one person notices me and she's got 50% of what I'm looking for in a partner, and I have to put in a LOT of work to even get that first date (which rarely happens.) Reading through posts by women on here, I frequently see posts where a woman is seeing a guy, but then she notices another woman is pursuing him or there's a woman he is friends with who she isn't sure what her intentions are, and I just think to myself, "Wow, that guy must feel so much of the weight of the world is off his back where he doesn't even have to worry about meeting someone, because they are making it obvious that they want him."

Something I once read here by a woman is that a good sign is when a guy has a lot of options, and those are the men women should pursue even if it means the competition is more difficult. If I could wake up one day, and never have to think to myself whether or not I am going to meet someone, I swear my confidence and outlook on life would go through the roof. Don't tell me that I shouldn't rely on another's validation to be the reason for either of those, because the reality is that feeling seen and feeling appreciated does wonders for overall wellness. I see it in real life, too with any guy who has a partner or has dating options.

I don't feel seen. I don't feel appreciated. I don't feel anything at all. I just feel lonely and tired.
