Guys would you reply to a girl’s story update more than twice if she wasn’t your friend or anything and you had NO interest in her?

I guy has done that to me lol. He's replied to my story three times so far I kinda took it as a interest and thought that the guy is interested in in me. Also he watches ALL of my stories.
