Hard to find dates – Suggestions?

So, [M24] here. Recently my life has been quite… interesting and hard work-wise, this led my ex to break up with me as apparently meeting 8 times a month while I was at my peak of work was not enough despite it being a temporary state, I couldn't do more at the time, half of the blame may go to me, probably. Fast forward 6 months and I have sorted basically everything out and have quite a lot of free time for myself and for a possible relationship. However, I don't know where to start when it comes to finding dates apart from what I did to get my previous ones, which at the moment I can't do for various reasons ( basically I have no friends that can set up events where I can meet strangers nor I can go to a gym and train). I am now at peak when it comes physique, work, time and all that, but I really have no clue how to solve this, as I really lack the affection and support of someone else ( I like being alone sometimes, not all the times). I will be moving to a foreign country in less than two months, in a very big city; I guess I am a bit scared as I'll have to learn a third language if I want to at least attempt to date someone there. I tried Tinder etc… but it's just… cold. I don't like discos or super crowded places (not that that is an option now), so I am really considering like… cold approaching strangers in bar or pubs…?? Problem is I am not good at that (but I would like to change that) as I've always been the "loner" or "the kid/teen that was always left out of the group" for many years until I realized my "friends" weren't really friends so now I just have 5 friends that actually ask to go out with me. On top of that I live in a very small town and hate basically 90% of the people here, the rest I don't know. Should I just wait until I move and start working in the big city and hope to meet people there (while learning a new language) or what…? my mind is really messing me up lately.
