I deleted all of my social media. I deleted all dating apps. Basically the only thing I have left is messenger to keep in touch with friends/family and reddit for whatever reason.
After my last heartbreak, and learning that I can’t handle online or irl dating, I’ve come the to conclusion that I’m just not meant for love in this timeline. The basic message is: I deserve nothing. Even if I love them, they will never love me. They will always find a better man and throw me away like trash. This has been the cycle for my entire dating experience. I’m the placeholder, the substitute, the rebound.
The only way to break the cycle is to stop doing the thing that causes the hurt in the first place.
