Have you ever locked eyes with someone and felt like you were in a trance

Like you look up and lock eyes with them and all you can see is there eyes and you don’t even realize your looking at them for a second and they are staring black faced back at you for a few seconds. You feel like your frozen and connected to them

Is this a mutual feeling Is this like an indication of chemistry.. does it mean anything
