He (20 M) has a pattern of blocking me ( 21 F) when when he’s upset… how do I know when it’s over for good?

I been talking this guy for two weeks.We were really into each other and hit it off quickly.I really enjoyed a lot of things about him and he was so sweet for a week.Then his true colors started coming out.He started get it angry at me for little things and when he would do this he would say it’s over between and then block me and then unblock me and come back.He blocked me for many dumb reasons like one when i said l liked girls and he said he was grossed out.He blocked me after i fell asleep and didn’t answer his phone calls.I told him i need space and he can’t call me 10 times in a row or get mad if i take more than 3 min to text back.He said he didn’t see us working out and said we can still be friends.I woke up to me blocked and then messaged him on snap.He unblocked me and i called him and he was being an ass so i hanged up.I texted him and saw i was blocked.I am not blocked on snap.I had two calls from caller i’d this morning and when i answered they hanged out.I wonder if that’s him because that’s something he would do.He installed this pattern of him blocking me and ending things with me and then coming back and this time he hasn’t came back and i am freaking out.I don’t know what to do.Shoukd i messsgae him on snap. I been subtweeting him on twitter in case he stalks it bc he used to stalk it all the time.I just want him to come back and idk how to tell if he’s really gone this time or not.it’s been two days… he never takes this long to come back.
